Return and Refund Policy
At Spieda Games, we greatly appreciate your business and strive to build a long lasting relationship with every person in our community. As we appreciate your time and investment in us, we hope you appreciate our time and investment in the community. Therefore we’ve attempted to offer a consumer-friendly return policy with an extended return window for the majority of our products. However, due to the nature and market fluctuations of some products, we are not able to accept all returns.
Important, before shipping any product to us, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Care Team. All returns require an RMA, and products returned without an RMA may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.
Returns with an RMA will be inspected to confirm that they are complete with original packaging and not damaged. By returning the product, you accept our inspection and evaluation of the product. Also, please note that we do not provide free return shipping at this time, but we recommend all returns have a tracking number.
When possible, all approved and accepted returns will be credited to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, we will issue the refund via company check. However, if the product was purchased with a gift certificate or store credit, those funds will be issued as a gift certificate or store credit. Most refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the product. Additionally, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and refunds by check may take up to 14 business days.
