Refund policy

At Spieda Games, we greatly appreciate your business and strive to build a long lasting relationship with every person in our community. Therefore we’ve attempted to offer a consumer-friendly return policy with an extended return window for the majority of our products. 


Important, before shipping any product to us, customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Care Team. All shipped returns require an RMA, as well as a Spieda Games Order Number or Receipt. Products returned without an RMA may be refused or returned at the customer's expense. In-store returns do not require an RMA but must have a Spieda Games Order Number or Receipt. 


Also, please note that we do not provide free return shipping unless the product is defective. All shipped returns require a tracking number.


When possible, all approved and accepted returns will be credited to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, we will issue the refund via company check. However, if the product was purchased with a gift certificate or store credit, those funds will be issued as a gift certificate or store credit. Most refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of our receipt and inspection of the product. Additionally, refunds by check may take up to 14 business days.


To request a return authorization, please send an email with your name, contact phone number, order number, product name, and reason for return to customercare@spiedagames.com.

  • New, Open, and Defective 90 Day Return Items: All items not detailed above may be returned within 90 days

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOWS
Items purchased between October 1, 2023 and January 6, 2024 may be returned during our extended return window, as noted below:
  • New, Open, and Defective 90 Day Return Items purchased during the holiday window may be returned until April 6, 2024
