[EVENT] Heroes Assembled Sale & Market - Deal Hero (VENDOR) Reservation - Sunday 9/22

Event Happens Sunday, September 22, 2024!

Spieda Games First Semi-Annual 'Heroes Assembled Sale' is now accepting Deal Hero (vendor) table reservations. 

We will host the event in store and in the extended event space (the larger suite) where we've previously held regional events. 

Sunday, September 22 - Heroes Assembled Sale Details:

• Reservations: PRE-PAID with Choice of Table size First-Come First-Serve
• Entry: $20 Per Table, non-refundable
  
• Table Limit: Maximum 2 tables per vendor
• Table Size: Varies - approx. sizes 4' x 2', 5' x 2', and 6' x 2.5' 
• Check-in: 10:00 AM - Please arrive early to help us stay on schedule.
• Late Arrival: 10:30 AM - Late arrivals may have their table(s) reassigned
• Event Start Time: 11:00 AM - Late arrivals may surrender their spot.

ADDITIONAL VENDOR INFO:

• Vendors will have access to electricity, but are not guaranteed an outlet within their assigned space.
• We encourage our vendors to bring a selection of items and artisan creations. However, please know that these items may not be sold at the event:
  • Adult Only Items
  • Real Weapons - if you can't take it to a convention, we can't sell it
  • Food
  • Items considered counterfeit, such as fake Pokemon cards, unless they are explicitly marked as such and sold for other than legal/tournament play
• Email a list of your expected items to CustomerCare@SpiedaGames.com. We would like to share you planned selection with the community, and as best as possible, we prefer that our in-store sale doesn't compete with your selection. (For example, our miniature games will not be marked down due to vendors selling these items.)
